It took me time to love this one. It was so British, with the UK hardcore sound (Altern 8), to us in , it felt a bit too much a joke, with accelerated samples and big cries. I bought it because of the "Android" track on a compilation, a track that was much more techno, closer to Moby than to breakbeat. So I was a bit dissapointed. It was so different and pointing into a very different musical direction. Well some time you are not ready to acknowledge the future when it first arrives! No I wouldn't sell my copy for a crown!!

Today is 30th anniversary of this legendary album. Happy 30th anniversary, Experience! It is still one of the best EDM album of 1992.

Properly good record - feral, punk crisp sounding. Guaranteed to make your gnashers form a gurny grin before you throw your arms around in all manner of contorted exhuberance - until you rupture something, and concede you’re no longer 15

Weather Experience is great. Being serious for a moment Experience does retain an anarchic rebellious zeal. I was playing it the other day mixing it out of Jerusalem - wow, gestalt!

I know they have described themselves as ‘electronic punk’ but they really were!

Does the original vinyl release come with an embossed cover as well as a non embossed cover?I have a copy and the barcode and etchings match an original issue but the cover isn't embossed.

Despite being mocked by the music snobs for being such a fun album and not taking itself seriously, this is one of the massive land mark albums of 90s UK dance music, bringing breakbeat and hardcore to the mainstream more than any other group apart from maybe Altern 8 and Ragga Twins. It still sounds good over 25 years later.
