Which inner sleeve originally came in this release? Was it the Verve jazz inner, like this: https://images.45spaces.com/f/qpt/verve-3-qpt.jpg ? -

Canadian original issue from 1967 on Verve/Quality Records was the first issue with the Eric Emerson torso. The Canadian version was never issued in a gatefold sleeve and never featured a banana. Cover has the image off the back of the American release.
