    Absolutely fabulous pressing quality of the vinyl in this box set. Can't seem to get past the Vinyl to try the Blu-ray... Almost 3D like sonics and wide soundstage!!

      I have always thought that Animals was an inferior partner in the Floyd cannon.....bought this remix cheap on Amazon and WOW!!!! What an album this is!!! Fantastic sounding vinyl which has really brought out the complexities of it too me. I have been wrong all these years....this is a MASTERPIECE!!

        Can safely say unlike a lot of remasters and remixes old albums, they absolutely gave this the breath of life it really deserved. I’ve always loved this album and previously owned a 2016 reissue. But this 2018 remix on the vinyl alone just makes it sound multidimensional. Incredible!

          Having listened to the CD, Bluray 5.1 mic and vinyl I can only say that at least copy plays absolutely amazing. Crystal Clear, dead silent, so dynamic. Absolutely love it. Nice simple and high quality packaging with a nice fitting booklet.

                Got lucky with this one - read the other reviews regarding the single LP release and noticed that these deluxe sets were a better bet despite being pressed at the same plant and bingo. Plays perfect straight out of the box. No dust and only ran my carbon brush over the record prior to playing. Chuffed!

                  Bought this at reduced price from Amazon UK (£33), and then saw the reviews on here detailing poor quality, after having had the same experience with the Momentary Lapse issue (sent 3 copies back!) my heart sank... cleaned it with my Degritter and then played... there are a few low level clicks at the beginning of side 1 & 2, for a brand new LP i wouldnt really expect this, but other than than that all seems OK, love the new mix, the bass especially sounds great... overall a nice package for the price... mine appears to have the varient 2 ID's so whether most of the production issues were sorted out by this point...

                    Mine has some crackling and pops on the Pigs intro of side two but other than that it's pretty great. I'm most pleased with the Blu-ray though. The surround sound mix is just top notch in my opinion. The packaging is also very well done. Overall I'm extremely happy with what I got.

                      Wonderful set! Wonderful sound! Few clicks at the beginning of the each side, guess it should be washed and the clicks will disappear, cause it's visible that there is some dirt there. Through all the LP playing no clicks and pops, no visible scratches and dirt.

                      All the set is perfect, polygraphy and the quality of the materials. 4,5 stars from 5.
