Edited one year agoWoooooooooooooo hoooooooo, so on point. This is a killer pressing of an incredible, epic, and legendary punk album. If you can score one of these, you can’t go wrong. Got to love the repackaging with the new cover and making the front and back of jacket as well as the record label look like an old Blue Note Jazz release. 10/10 would recommend this heater! -
Edited 3 years agoLooking for a copy of this punk note album in trade for a copy of the LIMITED EDITION CLEAR W/ WHITE & BLUE SPLATTER LP — ONLY 350 MADE version sold by Revolver/Brooklyn Vegan. I am based in Europe (), however, I can also supply a US address and will ship international myself.

Amazing album, bulletproof classic of the era & genre. Thank you, captain obvious, but with this edition, the mastering, pressing & packaging finally do justice to the band's blowtorch heat. Whatever you think of Ric Ocasek's production, Rock for Light has never sounded better. Looks great too! Always hated that boring yellow cover... -
Edited 3 years agoAgree with the others. Psyched to own this version. This one blows away my older copy. Clean press. Transparent yellow wax. Came with another old school fanzine like the first Punk Note edition of the first album. I hope they announce a Punk Note version of I Against I also. Quickness is the 3rd album coming out in the series. -

Clean ass pressing. Dead flat/centered and after a vpi cleaning there’s absolutely no surface noise. The clarity and depth on the remaster is great. The low end is there on the reggae songs not so much on the punk ones but that’s how this album has always been.
Been waiting since the original release for this to show up and it finally did today and I received the zine along with the record.
Tip on jacket is flawless btw and disc came in clear plastic mo-fi styled inner sleeve. No lyric sheet.
