My copy just came in the mail today, and I noticed that the sticker label got swapped on the wrong sides. Did anyone else notice this with theirs? The matrix etching is correct, though. All things considered I guess I'm lucky I didn't get these white blobs like others did

The first two tracks on Side A had minor skips but everything else played great. Glad to add this to my After Hours collection

Edited 4 years agoMy copy also has the dreaded white blobs, on it. Which is such a crushing disappointment to me. To make amends, I think that The Weeknd should journey to the pressing plant, where these defective discs were pressed. He should then ask around, to find out, who was responsible. Then also, subtly ask which car belongs to that person, in the parking lot. Later on he should come back, in disguise, and flick tiny blobs of white paint all over that person's car. That would be a fitting punishment, and would also teach them to be careful and pay more attention next time, when they are pressing these records!!

No problems whatsoever with my vinyl. Cleaned it first with wet-vac. Flat, no skips nor pops etc. and quiet between tracks.
-
Where is the QC on these vinyls? The spindle hole was too small, slightly warped and multiple skips. My guess is that the pressing plants are just overwhelmed by orders and are pushing whatever out the door.
-
Got my copy today. The purple pressing has several odd flecks of what appears to be white floating around. Not a pristine press, it also has a few skips. As I got it off a secondary market...can't return it. Quality control seems to be going in the toilet folks with this boom .

Pretty decent release. I just placed my order and can’t wait to have it. I do wish that this was held off until next years RSD though. Both In Your Eyes (Doja Cat and Kenny G) remixes should be on here!
