This version was pressed on Sept 18, 1967 ( date mentioned on inner sleeves) and NEVER released . The UK commercial album was released only in November 1967 with runouts A2 / B2
Records come in a plain white cover; the inner sleeves are original UK with mentions " patents applied for" and " made in Great Britain "
