A classic album that deserves a place in everyones collection. Ok, perhaps not as strong as parallel lines, but it holds its own easily in its own right - Go grab yourself a copy now !

IMHO Blondie's finest, featuring a wide spectrum of music styles from power pop (Dreaming) to white soul (Slow Motion), reggae (Die Young Stay Pretty) to lullaby (Sound Asleep), as well as the obligatory disco number (Atomic). My copy has both labels on one side - obviously the disc wasn't flipped in the pressing plant - at first I though it was deliberate, plain black a-side, plain white b-side, only later did I realise the truth. Don't know if this is a rarity or not.

Edited 10 years agoAnother great, classic Pop album from Blondie. If you can, watch the video album. Not as strong as Parellel Lines, but plenty of decent tunes here. A couple maybe a little contrived, but this is lighthearted Pop, enjoy.
