    when the album came out i bought the standard vinyl edition on black vinyl, it was simply unbearable to listen to, there was nothing but pops and then it skipped songs, now i have bought this splatter version, and i must say it sounds just perfect, dead quiet and no pops. so nice

      Very nice distribution of speckles on mine. Aesthetically a 10/10. Audio wise there is almost no surface noise / cracks. The rice paper inner sleeves they came in did well to make sure the record came without a static build up which is a PITA to get rid of in my setup.

      Record is quite balanced, bassy and decent soundstage.

                  LP side A little noisy throughout and with a slight warp.
                  The 2nd lp is okay with again a little noise.
