Sounds is awful on this copy. Vocals are mixed way too low behind the synths, honestly sounds like listening to it on YouTube.

Is it just me or the side A of this 2LP version sounds way too low compared to the remaining three sides? The sound quality is similar but A side is like you turn down the volume 10%. Has anyone noticed this same problem?

This album sounds great don't listen to these other guys. You do need to listen to it on a decent system with EQing capabilities though. You need to cut the treble a little to remove the sibilance of the cymbals and guitars and boost the bass slightly. However if you regularly buy black metal vinyl, especially older releases from the 90's etc then you will recognize this issue with many of the recordings. This version sounds just as good as the cd when you EQ it right. If you have an EQ on your receiver, or a seperate EQ deck involved in your system go ahead and get this, this album is a masterpiece. \m/

I had to rebuy this album and replace it with the new 2017 reissue by candlelight records and it is far superior than this version, BUYER STAY AWAY FROM THIS RELEASE. The quality of this release by Back on Black is inaudible after the first song on each side of both records.
