Felt compelled to leave a review after seeing the other listed here. This tape sounds excellent on my system (Denon deck, Onkyo receiver). Good, balanced levels, clear audio, great bass. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about because again, my copy of the tape sounds incredible. I was very happy with the purchase. -
Edited 4 years agoSimply a gimmick and the cassette recording was released without any love.
Disappointment from a fan and someone who thinks this album deserves so much more.
Absolutely bad experience with 2 buys recently from the Weeknd and Lady Gaga have literally stopped me from purchasing any more new released cassettes which is terrible because cassette is not a bad medium. And I am not even talking about dolby noise reduction which is already history. Even a basic type 1 tape can sound good with a bit of love put into it.
They cannot even do a basic recording right on a cassette which is truly disappointing.
