Edited 5 years agoThere is an error on this edition of this album with Mark Powell's booklet notes. He says the other Softs' involvement on "Moon In June" was 'minimal' - while they refused to play on the vocal portion (that's Robert handling the vocals, drums, and organ/piano), they come in around the 9:15 mark - so they play on 10 minutes of this song - with Hopper's bass, then eventually Ratledge's organ. Mike plays a dynamite solo - and Hopper just may play his heaviest bass runs ever here, also. Dean did not contribute to this track. That's fine - it is PERFECT as-is.
