Worth it for Worm break alone.
To many samples to mention.
One of the better sample focused compilations out there.
The tracks themselves are better than you'd get on most "breaks" records, as in the musical compositions and recording quality as some known breaks are from novelty records and even random pop records with lower levels of overall musicianship than what's exhibited here.
Sampling aside you can definitely kick back and enjoy this one.
The press itself is OK, mine isn't a super quiet record but it's acceptable and the slight grit adds to the samples anyway. Overall acceptable.
Some tracks would be better experienced in the context of there place within the album they were lifted from, but whoever compiled this tried their best, that's not picking really for a compilation though isn't it.
Changes in volume track to track but I'd rather they be in their original form than messed with, they're all from different records so again that's just nit picking.
Purchased to plunder for samples but ended up rather enjoying this one and soaked in all 4 sides of the 2 vinyl records to several cups of tea on rainy late Wednesday afternoon.
