Lots of crackles and pops on my copy too, straight out of the package
Bit disappointing -
Bought this new in coke clear color. Maybe it was just a misprint but there was lots of crackles and pops fresh out the package. Not enough to completely dominate the record but intros, outros, and other relatively quiet parts the noise is very loud. The way the color grooves stick out make it look like its spinning counter to the way the record is turning, while the com spins the correct way, making a really cool almost mythical looking record. And the locked intro to Gimme The Keys on the end of Lorelei is awesome. -
So I've had two copies of this on black vinyl.....the center hole is too small. Anyone else have this issue? -
Really good pressing. No crackle, no pops, no skips or jumps. I'm not a fan of the studio production of this album, but this vinyl has been well mastered. Lovely colour too!
