Seems there is another repress around: mine comes with Made in (Optima?) Sticker on the back. Sounds absolutely nice. Matrix run out 008880 720298 300 A / B

It seems that my copy must have been dropped on the floor twice by someone in the factory and carefully scuffed both sides to the gritty floor.
I had never bought a new record with this many scratches in my life. -
Edited one year agoI have just listened to my copy again and I have none of the issues noted by others here.No pops or noise issues. Was I lucky?
I also have CROO 46 stamped in the runout along with the rest of the identifiers. -
Horrible. I bought it in Paris around the time it came out second hand for 12 euro and I still regret it. Will be replacing soon.

Edited 6 years agoGreat sound, very deep, some static clicks but nothing more, side 1 cut almost to the label but no IDG - on my at440 - so congrats for cutting engineer :-) My copy is flat with no pressing plant issues, so probably I was lucky.
-
Really don't like the remaster. Sounds like a victim of "loudness war" to me. Not recommended unless you really need this album in your collection .
-
I've got the European version.
Not recommended. Mastering/sound is ok, But lot's of pops and snaps on my copy. Pretty disappointing.
