I strongly suspect that this is a UK re-issue c.1979/1980 to coincide with the use of "To The Unknown Man" by the BBC for its coverage of the 1979 World Snooker Championship.
This might help explain the appearance of Tape One on the runouts as BilBo only started working at Tape One in 1978.
