I do not agree with the privious comment here. This pressing sounds really good actually, I got suprised when I played it. Nice dynamics and clear sound. Although the record itself came super dirty and with lots of paper stuff all over, after I cleaned it it is a nice flat, shiny piece on vinyl. 4/5

Agree with the previous reviewer— these reissues are very shoddily made and sound unlistenable in the highs. . Played with a Aiwa XK-009

Cheap release that is being sold at an uncheap price (bought for 12€). Poor booklet and muddy sound. The tape was played with a TEAC A-800 cassette deck and a Sony WM-EX505 Walkman. Avoid.

I will give a dissenting opinion and say my copy has a decent amount of surface noise. It is of the static/paper ripping sound variety. Noticeable between tracks, but generally drown out by the songs, save for some of the quieter intros and outros. It isn't unplayable or terrible, but I would be hard pressed to say this is a "good" pressing. Some sides are slightly better/worse than others.

If you don’t have this album, highly recommend getting this particular variant. It sounds fantastic, has the bonus material, and it’s a stunning purple. Super underrated album imo but one of my top 3 DJ right behind WYB and YLAOM.

Really quality record all around. Nice quiet pressing with a deep, full, warm, rich sound. J’s vocals sit nicely in the mix and the guitar sounds brilliant. Excellent, punchy drums and thick low end. Really good definition and clarity on this Dino jr record and I recommend this cut. J’s guitar soundscapes really have another dimension to them on this vinyl version. No reissue can match it imo. If you want to experience this album then this is the version to get.

Finally picked this up adding to Green Mind and Where You Been. I'm sure I'll get around to Without A Sound soon enough. This is my favorite of the post-Lou days and this pressing serves it right. Quietest of the bunch I've picked up from this reissue campaign, with the clearest sound. Floored by this one.

Like the three other reissues, this record is excellent, a good opportunity to rediscover this unknown album.
