Ralph Towner – Solstice

The soundstage of this press is phenomenal, very crisp and dynamic - all instruments sound clear and detailed. I’m impressed, thanks dad!

This is one of those recordings that is classic ECM. Perfect for a rainy day. Moody and introspective. A supergroup that puts the music way above the ego.

I must have got lucky. No code but perfect pressing. I'd say one of the absolute best in my collection. I just can't believe the absolute silence between songs. The sound stage and clarity of every subtle note...gobsmacked.

If you come across this version just buy it.

Can someone please direct Radiohead to this pressing plant.

Amazing music. Fantastic press. This things shines and has character. I grab anything Eberhard weber touches.

Vibrant sound. Quite impressive. I’m glad my copy didn’t have the noise problems that others have experienced. Not 100% quiet but very close.

This Warner Bros. distributed version (1-1060) should be listed as a reissue. Released somewhere between 1978-1984 based on ECM record labels used in the beginning of the WB partnership. The 1975 first pressing was distributed by Polydor in the US.

The mastering is amazing. Pressing isn't too bad. My copy is quiet between song. A little more crackling can be heard on side b.
