      Wonderfully mastered, great sound and music - what else would you expect? My only qualm with this is Paul's newly affected 2000s accent - pronouncing "can't" with a posh English accent in Let Me Roll It sounds silly and off - can you imagine "Can't Buy Me Love"? Well, I guess I'm about to find out. And I get the irony. Freedom: least favourite PM song, 10x worse than Wonderful Christmastime and not a song that weathers well.

        Some of Paul's best live acoustic work (every night, mother nature's son, and we can work it out come to mind) during the middle of the sets during this tour and album. Love when he forgets the words to YNGMYM and just rolls with it. While Driving Rain is certainly not Paul's best solo album, especially because his last "true" studio album of original material was in 1997 with the mega good album (IMO) Flaming Pie, it is still a fantastic MACCA live album. This is the album Paul switched lennon-mccartney to McCartney-lennon which caused an uproar and also the first time he toured with the group of guys he still is touring with today. Great great group, great synergy. Great album.
