this was a really nice sleeve released for scandanavia back in 1968, great shot from the 67/68 era, this is one of the more harder to find scandanvian 45s w/ pic sleeve to find in vg+ to m- condition..... my record is the same as the one photographed above.... -

this is another really nice french sleeve and one of the nicest magic bus sleeves from around the world, this comes up from time to time but with a lot of the french sleeves from way back in the 60s they are always a bit hard to get in great condition....i got this one decades ago at a record show here. -
Edited 3 years agoJust acquired this one in near mint condition & with lyric sheet! What a very unique photograph of The Who on the cover! From my search for Japan singles, I would have to say that this sleeve is the 2nd most difficult Japan Who single to find after ‘The Last Time’ single. Sure, the first two Japan singles are the most coveted & are usually outrageously expensive, but they do pop up more often on Discogs & eBay than a few of the other 60’s Japan Who singles. Substitute has become quite difficult to find as well.

Hi! A few corrections are needed here. 45s in the 60s from the Polygram group (Polydor, Pye, Fontana, Philips, CBS and others) in many cases were pressed in Norway and exported to the other Scandinavian countries, who made their own sleeves. Finland very rarely made picture sleeves in this period. So the statement that all Scandinavian Who 45s were pressed in or UK is wrong. This particular Who 45 is pressed in Norway, NOT in . And in this case, Sweden and Denmark did not print their own sleeves, but imported both the vinyl and the sleeve from Norway.
And the reason why this particular Who 45 is so sought after by collectors (and expensive), is that the B-side is not the ordinary Who recording, but a Pete Townsend demo that is not available elsewhere. -
this was a nice german who sleeve from 1968 and features buckt t on the b side, still not hard to find at almost 49 years old now, great 1968 post mod shot on the sleeve..

this is a beautiful spain sleeve for magic bus wich was released in spain in 1968, of coarse as you can see the mis spelling majic bus was one of the reasons this 45 has been a collectible for years............

this is a beautiful japan sleeve for magic bus that was released in japan late in 1968, as you can see the sleeve has an awesome 66/67 mod shot with nice japanese text, this one is one of the harder japan who sleeves to find as not many where printed in japan as who stuff that did come out in japan as per 1968 was not selling to well there and the japanese did not seem to take to the who like the rest of the world where....... this is one of my favorite sleeves...
