The Velvet Underground – Loaded

Like some other 70s reissues of this album, this is a 70s issue that sounds amazing.

This is really a great pressing. Found a NM copy recently and am super happy I picked it up. I have a Rhino reissue and it sounds dull compared to this.

Such an important album in the evolution of Lou Reed. Sterling, Mo, and Doug are fantastic. top notch stuff here, no noise rock. This is their attempt to try to be commercial and a bit more mainstream. The end result is some fantastic and creative music that still sounds fresh and relevant today. I come back to this album often, and this pressing does not disappoint.

Avoid. If you really like this album buy the 45 RPM.

Not good sounding. Sibilant and almost pixelated highs. No soundstage at all.

When was this copy released? It doesn’t say anywhere on discogs

Am I missing something here or this presses uses the original master found on the US pressings from the 70's?

Obviously, it misses the scriblings indicating a particular american pressing plant since has been pressed in (maybe Alsdorf?) but everything else checks out so...

Can anyone confirm that this pressing also has the titles typo.
