Really poor quality print in the front cover. My copy arrived sealed, but the record has numerous visible defects. Thankfully they don't affect the sound while playing. -
Edited one year agoThe definitive version of Unbound. Mastered for vinyl and lacquer cut at Optimal, it sounds magnificent.
I avoided this release for years because I thought the black cover looked like a bootleg, but it comes with the original album art on an insert, and it's the best looking print available: colour corrected, sharp and nicely detailed. All the other vinyl pressings use a low res source for their artwork and look terrible: blurry and pixelated with washed out colour. But even the cleaned up original artwork isn't quite suitable for a full 12 inch cover, which explains why they use the minimalist black cover with embossed logo. I'm guessing Necrolord lost the original source.
10/10, this is the version to get. -

blurry artwork scan from CD ... is it such a big problem to obtain a proper scan/Faksimile/photo directly from wahlin???
