Indian record company, established 1976 after taking over the infrastructure and catalogue of Polydor of India Ltd..

Also operated recording studios and a record pressing and cassette duplication (since 1980) plant in Kandivali, near Bombay. Lacquer cuts can be identified by 470 in the runouts.
The record plant was closed 1985.
