History:
Arvato Digital Services Bertelsmann, USA began in 1984 as "QTI" Quality tape Incorporated owned by RCA. In 1985 QTI, along with RCA, was bought by Arvato, USA. The firm shut down CD DVD production in April 2016 but continued other avenues of business.
