Library (Probably KPM) Track used in Charlie Brooker's 2016 Wipe

Can anyone ID the track being used in this segment. The only other time I've heard it was on a german porn vhs i bought in the late '90s just before they were banned under a change in the classification act, but can't transfer to digital due to insufficient technical skills/equipment/can't be bothered etc.
