I've asked on here before but no-one knew. To me it sounds like a remix (or rip off) of Utopia Project on Industrial Strength but there's nothing in the Discogs database that would reflect that.
I had to listen to the You Tube clip at 0.75x speed! Samples the Sonar System by Meng Syndicate poing. The simple dark/cold melody sounds like Miro/Steve Shit but I could be way off. Considering Producer would be playing new tunes, the song probably came out in 1996. It does use the same Lawnmower Man movie sample but I don't think it's Utopia related. But I can't 100% discard your theory since we know Producer unofficially remixed Lenny Dee and Darkraver and Producer & Hellfish eventually did a remix of Utopia in 2012. Long story short: I don't know. :)
Anyway I'm sure the Track ID King will put on his crown and know it straight away. :P

nice one. I wanting to know it the last time this came up - I knew it had to be an old German track, but I couldn't find it on all the other obvious labels. and there's a few tracks with samples from Lawnmower Man as well as Utopia Project so that didn't help.
it is quite odd that there's two other pressings of that EP but that track is only on the Jungalor press, wonder what happened there..

Your ID of the Remix of that Ruff Beats tune still baffles me. If I heard the set in 2015 onwards I could put it down to DJ technology with the controls etc they use where they can loop, filter, extend and alter tracks in real time mixing. But not in 1995.
Anyway glad it's been ID'd now. I've just checked and I've got it - a common theme for me through the years haha.
