Add item to collection with notes

Is it possible to add a release to a collection folder with a notes custom field simultaneously?

It appears the add release to collection folder only takes the folder id: https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/developers#page:-collection,header:-collection-add-to-collection-folder

I know there is the endpoint to edit fields: https://www.discogs.sitioby.com/developers#page:-collection,header:-collection-edit-fields-instance

I am trying to make the service calls I am making as performant as possible. If I edit 5 custom fields, I have to make 5 calls to the edit fields endpoint?
