    Still no answer. One of my sellers informed me that I was on a blocked list and opted that this might be because of my location. I am an expat living in Vietnam but with a shipping and billing address in . I did change my email address lately that might have triggered my blocking?? I am a loyal Discogs for quite some time with over 30 purchases, please check my profile and rating. What do I need to do to be "unblocked"?? I need a solution please!

    I have one shipping adress and billing adress and I have not changed anything. Despite it I get time-out error since one week. Today I was able to make one purchase and after again time-out error.

    Let's hope it's just a temporary issue. At least you could make a purchase and perhaps light in the tunnel.

    I the Discogs few times already. I can say they don't know how to fix this problem and they don't know the reason. Just telling me my is still active in market.... lmao. Avoiding the question

    Hi all, in my case the issue was apparently that I used an email address without a .com domain ending. I changed my email into a gmail.com , and I was back in business!

    Hey Mark, im in Vietnam too and suddenly have this issue. Where did you change your email address? My email already is a gmail.com one :(

    Did you just change it in the settings where it says "your current email address is"?
