There are no reductions on price in order to keep everything fair for all customers. You can make an offer if this function is enabled on a given item. Payment by PayPal only. We are using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for the majority of our UK packages where the weight is below 2 kilos.

Buyer pays all costs associated with shipping including any customs/handling/VAT related fees. We cannot put false declarations on customs forms so please do not ask us to do this. Items can sometimes take a bit of time to arrive. We try to post as soon as possible after payment. Please be patient.

We always get proof of postage. We accept returns but customer is responsible for shipping fees. We try to keep the shipping costs as close to the price it costs to ship plus packing materials. Discogs automated shipping is not a perfect system so if you think the shipping price is incorrect or thrown up an anomaly then email us before you pay and we can double check the shipping price.

The address needs to be correct on the discogs order page to stop the item being sent to the wrong address. If the address is wrong the order will be cancelled.

If it is stated that a record is in a generic cover, then it is in a GENERIC COVER, and NOT in the picture or company sleeve

Payment within 4 days. Paypal only. We post to the address on the Discogs /order/buyer information page so please make sure this is up to date and correct. We process large amounts of orders. People sending emails asking for records to be sent to a different address are not accepted. The address on the buyer information section is the only one that we will send the records to.

If you are not home when the postman or courier attempts to deliver it is up to you to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel yourself. If you do not do this and it is returned you will have to pay for it to be sent again. Please conduct all correspondence by email via discogs website/order page. We will not take telephone calls regarding discogs orders.

Records are mailed out between four and six times a week. The highest we grade any record even if sealed is near mint. Records are graded visually due to time constraints at the time of listing and again before posting. We don't have time to take photos or mp3's. We sell records with a variety of different gradings - please be aware that if a given record is graded Good, Good+ or VG rather than VG+ or Near Mint then there will be wear and tear to the record that may result in crackles, pops, hiss, surface noise etc and these will be generally be cheaper than copies that are listed in better condition. The sleeves will also have more wear if they are graded lower than VG+/NM. Read discogs grading guide for further information.

We try to resolve any problems so please us before leaving if you are unhappy about the service. Please ask any questions before placing the order and not after.
