• Grading are as accurate as possible and graded conservatively
• Sometimes we do get it wrong, Please yet us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right
• I am happy to provide pictures of items on request
• If you are not happy with your order for any reason please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it
• Plastic CD cases are not graded
SHIPPING
• We use Royal Mail 48hour tracked for all UK deliveries, for international we use International Tracked
• After an item is posted we provide a tracking number via message in your order on Discogs
• Items are shipped in sturdy, robust packaging to avoid transit damage
• Packaging is sourced from environmental sustainable suppliers with am aim to be fully recycled
• I ship most days Mon-Fri. All orders dispatched within 2 working days
• Buyer pays shipping costs where free delivery is not offered
• No responsibility is taken for items lost, damaged or stolen subsequent to delivery being confirmed
RETURNS
• Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery. Please me through the order page to arrange.
• Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened (if sealed) and in its original packaging.
• Damaged items should be notified as soon as possible. Please provide photos of both the item damage and any damage to the packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Failure to collect or refusal to accept a delivery for any reason other than transit damage is a violation of ToS and your payment may not be refunded.

• Buyer is responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, import or courier charges
