• We carefully pack all items using padded envelopes, bubble wrap and/or sturdy custom vinyl mailers (with thick cardboard inserts) to ensure they are snug and secure.
• We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items during transit.
• We do not offer refunds on any orders that have been lost or damaged during transit unless they are shipped via any USPS express delivery service that is trackable and insured. Should this occur, the customer should us immediately and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), as well as the package it was shipped in.
• Customers are responsible for all Discogs fees, applicable taxes and shipping costs (which may vary depending on weight and class of service).
• We are not responsible for any additional VAT, Duty Fees or Landing surcharges to orders delivered outside of the United States. All international customers are responsible to incur these costs, should they apply.
