CONDITION/RATING

-All items are graded after a detailed inspection under bright light and a listening check.
-If a detailed description of the media or cover is not available, please feel free to ask for it before placing the order.
-You can also request pictures or videos.
-If there is no YouTube video link available on the "Release page," I can send you a full "record check" video.
-We record the entire process, from checking the record's condition, packing it securely,
and marking the package for delivery to the post office, in two separate videos for all shipped items.

and the detailed comments for each item available for sale.

SHIPPING

-We will ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, except on weekends and public holidays.
-In all shipping methods, you will receive a notification from the post office at your address,
and you must pick up the package from your local post office.
- "Please note that if a package is not collected from the local post office and is subsequently returned,
i am not responsible for refunding any shipping costs.
-All orders within Greece are sent via Greek Post. Express Post delivery is available upon request.
-All international orders are sent via ed Airmail or GLS for some EU countries, which is more cost-effective for heavy parcels.
-Please allow between 5-10 days for delivery in Europe and 5-14 days for the Rest of the World
(most international orders are received within 7 days).
-All orders come with a tracking number.
-All records are sent out in high-quality, safety carton record boxes specially made for vinyl records.
-Due to PayPal's buyer protection policy, we are obliged to send the order to the address linked to your PayPal .
-Before placing an order, please ensure that your PayPal and Discogs shipping addresses are the same.
-In case of broken items, please pay attention when you receive the package at the post office or during home delivery.
-If there is any visual damage on the package (re-taped, pressed, or damaged carton box),
you must open the box immediately and check the condition of the items.
-Ask for a form to request a refund from the post office (ed shipments are covered globally with $45 money-back insurance).

PAYMENT

Currency listed in EURO.
-Payment must be received within (4) four days of receiving the invoice/payment instructions.
-Failure to pay within this time will result in the cancellation of the order and a negative buyer (automatically from the system).
-Please do not place any orders if you are not willing to buy.
-The buyer is responsible for paying for shipping.
-Items will be shipped when we receive the full payment.
-Refunds will only be made upon the return of the original item and are only applicable to the exact item (not for shipping charges).
-No refund for lost or damaged packages by the post office.

UK and non-EU buyers:
-All shipments are declared as "gift" with a goods value of 5 euros per order to avoid any extra customs charges.
However, we cannot guarantee that such charges won't occur, and the buyer is responsible for covering the costs if they do.
-(If you don't want your records to be declared with such a low value price, please let us know before we ship the package.)
(This may affect claims for a refund from the post office in case of damage caused by them.)
