ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: When importing records into your country, an import tax or customs handling fee may be applied to your order. These fees may be collected at your post office before releasing a package, and in some cases the fees can be more expensive than the full postage cost. Fees are not included in our shipping charge, and are your responsibility when accepting your package.

SHIPPING:
Most weekday orders placed before 4:00PM EST will go out the same day, with all orders being shipped within 1-4 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail (US only), or USPS First Class (International). A tracking number will be provided for all orders, international or domestic. Once received by the USPS, the item is out of our hands and is their responsibility.

Every order is shipped in a new cardboard box designed for mailing records – no reused or homemade boxes.

Payment is required for placing an order with us. If you have a special request, please message us before placing an order and we will be glad to assist you.

We do not have a local pickup option available.

CONDITION:
Any significant marks/defects on the record, case, or dust sleeve will be listed in the condition description for each item. You can expect the item to look and sound accurate for its condition rating.

REFUNDS / RETURNS:
We are very thorough when grading records, however, there is a possibility for an item’s condition to be worse than what is listed. All records are re-inspected at time of sale, and any observed condition changes will be explained to you before the order ships.

All items are eligible for a full refund when returned. We are not offering full or partial refunds if the item is kept.

Return shipping will be paid for at our expense only when using USPS Media Mail and providing us with a tracking number.
If you have a problem with your order, please notify us within a reasonable time after receiving your package (~1-14 days). Before leaving negative , we ask that you us directly so that we have the chance to assist you and help resolve the problem.

All Audio Samples are taken directly from the record available for sale.
