DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICES

Most US orders ship media mail within 3 business days. Fulfillment times can occasionally be longer when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Shipping for the first item is $7.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICES

We use a company called Asendia for all of our international shipping. After we print your shipping label, we ship your package to Asendia's warehouse in Philadelphia, where it is forwarded to your country and then to the carrier who delivers the parcel. THERE MAY BE A LONG WAIT (up to two weeks) between when we create the shipping label and when you see the next update to your tracking. Delivery usually happens in just a few days after that next update.

The best way to get an accurate shipping cost estimate will be to add all of the items you want to your cart and proceed with check out until you see a shipping cost. Costs depend on the amount and type of items in your order and where in the world you'll have your package shipped! We are currently working on covering duty costs for international shipments. As of right now, we are unable to cover any additional fees you'll experience once your package arrives at its destination. We hope to cover duties and fees in the near future so please check back!

REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If you have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to us through Discogs’ messaging system. We reply to most messages within 1 day.

Unfortunately we cannot process a refund a lost parcel until it has been 30 days since the last tracking update. In the meantime, we recommend checking with your local post office if you experience any problems; they have more information than we do and they’re the ones most likely to get your parcel safely to you.

Note that as a matter of policy we do not offer partial refunds. Please ask any questions about the item before you order. The time to details about the pressing you will receive is BEFORE your order is shipped, not after. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you order from us, you can return it for a full refund, and if you are located in the US we are happy to send you a return shipping label so that you don't have to pay the return postage costs.

GRADING

Note that all albums are visually graded; we sell thousands of records every month and it is simply not possible to play-test every single one, but we try do our best to do a very thorough visual inspection and to grade conservatively. Very few of our customers are disappointed, but in the event you are not happy you can feel free to return the item for a full refund.

Our grades for CDs do not refer to the condition of the jewel case. Jewel cases may be scuffed or cracked, but they are easily replaced.

Also, please note that in addition to a Discogs seller we are also a brick-and-mortar store with a constantly shifting stock. We try our best to stay on top of inventory (and I think we do a better job than most other big sellers!), but we do make mistakes. Please bear with us if we are missing an item or two from your order. We are always happy to refund the missing items, substitute something else, or cancel your order entirely if you are not happy.
