We are a small independent record store and we are collectors ourselves. We have been using Discogs since we became aware of it in the early 2000's. As such, we care about both the buying and selling experience on this site.

These are our guarantees:
1) We will respond to all orders within 24 hours. (quite often it is much sooner than that as we monitor Discogs all throughout the day)
2) We will package and ship your records with care. We use Whiplash V01 mailers and stiffeners/bubble wrap when necessary. We take this very seriously and you can see by our ratings that buyers have been pleased.
3) We will never list something that is not in our possession. It's a personal pet peeve when others do this and we won't do it.
4) We will not price gouge or take advantage of you knowingly ever. We aim to be completely transparent in our pricing. If you ever want to discuss this further or if you have questions or concerns we encourage you to reach out to us via private message, email, or via social media.
5) If you have an issue with anything we've sent you, if you send it back to us in the same condition then we will give you a full refund.

If you're purchasing a sealed record from us and would like us to remove the record from the sleeve to remove any chance of seam splits, simply request that in the order and we will be happy to do that.
