1) When you buy a double LP or 2 LPs, depending on the weight (under or over 500 grammes), it can be the 1 LP postage cost of 2 LP postage cost.
Usually Gatefold Double LPs are over 500g. Discogs estimated weight on release page are sometimes not accurate and underestimated. Please ask if you're not sure about the cost. Don't be afraid to ask, I usually reply to questions within 4 hours during working days.
2) LP Records are usually sent in a new cardboard packaging with records outside of the sleeve.
In of postage costs, a Double LP counts as 2 LPs. 2 Gatefold LPs = 3 LPs (meaning 1 Gatefold LP counts as 1.5 LP).
3) Don't hesitate to ask for pictures in case of need (with your email address as we can't send image with Discogs message client).
4) Items are shipped from Paris, .
5) Shipping costs include postage and packing and are calculated according the the french post office rates and the weight of the package. We don’t make any profit on shipping.
6) For CDs, only the CD itself, the booklet or the sleeves (front and back) are graded. Standard jewel cases are not graded
7) I usually ship only once a week and there’s no shipping during the week-ends so if you have spécial requests about shipping, please ask before buying. Thanks.
8) We only accept returns if album is still new and factory sealed (as indicated in item condition and comments when you bought the LP). We can't accept returns if item has been unsealed or used by buyer.
9) Buyer always pay for returns (only exception is in case you received a different release/record than the one you ordered and you respected Discogs rules in of behavior : no threats or insults will be accepted)
10/ If you receive a damaged parcel then it's your responsability either to refuse the parcel or document damages on postal/courrier delivery receipt.
If parcel is refused and returned then you will receive full refund after package is received by us.
If you received a damaged parcel and documented damages on delivery receipt then take picture of receipt and parcel. Don't open the parcel and message us on Discogs, we'll have a discussion and arrange a return and find a solution for you.
11) If a parcel is returned because you failed to collect it then I will refund the LP (no postage refund). Returns aren't free and are charged by postal service at same rate it was charged when it was originally posted so a return because you failed to collect parcel is a loss for us (and for you). Please try your best to collect your parcel and respect the deadline given by postal service or courrier (some have a very short window such as 3 days).
12) All items are shipped with tracking and I always update with tracking number after item is shipped. It's the responsability of the buyer to check tracking status and delivery. If you need help with tracking, don't hesitate to ask. I do my best to help.

13) Under EU regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to ask for a return (via message on Discogs)
14) We have a zero tolerance policy for misconduct (insults, threats, harassment, etc.) and buyers with that kind of behaviour will be reported to Discogs and possibly to the police for charges if necessary.
