All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs, duty fees and other taxes are not included in your order and/or shipping total. We are not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, customs, VAT and handling fees must be paid by the buyer and these might be high especially in the European Union.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees/VAT/handling fees. Please ask your local customs office before placing the order if you are unsure about these charges.

Please note that in case you refuse the custom fee or if an unclaimed parcel is returned because of unpaid customs fees, you need to pay the return shipping fee.

"The grading is basically determined by visual inspection.

*I don't grade CD plastic jewel case unless it is custom case ,paper sleeve cover or digi-pack.
Or if plastic jewel case is in less than VG+ condition, I note that.

*In case of failure or loss of goods in the mail.
I can refund for those who made damage reports(inquiry for investigation) and it's approved by the post office.
In case of EMS, the full amount will be refunded.In other cases, the compensation is up to 6000 yen.
(Based on Japan Post's compensation and conditions)

*Sealed items
Sealed items are graded as M in accordance with the discogs grading.
I unable to confirm the contents of the product and cannot accept returns or refunds of sealed items.
I can open the package before shipping, so please let us know in advance.

*Requests for returns or refunds will not be accepted more than two week after receipt of goods.

*On weekend I may not be able to ship out items.Sorry.
("Fast shipment" is one of my important shipping policy, sorry in advance.)

*Accessories
The grading follows Discogs standards and does not take into the condition of obi strips or other accessories.
Unless otherwise noted, please us if you have any concerns about the presence or condition of accessories.
