ALL PACKAGES HAVE TRACKING AND INSURANCE - Insurance does not cover incorrect addresses and returns can potentially be disposed of by my shipping company. Please ensure that the address when you purchase the item is accurate. I am not responsible for either delivered or undelivered/returned packages due to an incorrect address.
If you have any packing requests, please let me know upon payment.
Refunds are accepted on used products only if they are shipped back to my Canadian address at the buyer's expense. Refunds will deduct any shipping costs on items where free shipping was applied.
Records that are returned in a damaged state (worse condition than it was sent in) will result in a partial refund.
Records are graded visually.
No refunds on sealed products once they are opened. If the record is defective, it is the buyer's responsibility to the manufacturer/label as I would have no such knowledge of those defects.
PLEASE NOTE: My shipper charges me a return fee on any packages that are returned to me. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or due to not being picked up from your post office, I will invoice you for the return fee and if you'd like it shipped again, shipping charges will be at your expense. If you do not want it shipped again, I will deduct the return fee (typically $10 USD) from the refund.
I am not responsible for any customs fees or additional shipping charges incurred. It is outside of my control, so please review your government's importation policies prior to ordering.
