2024 SHIPPING POLICY

- Flat $7.00 shipping rate for one or more items.

- $9 minimum order.

- Unfortunately, I can only accept US orders at the moment.

- I do this as a hobby, around a full time job. As such, it might take 2 to 3 days to ship your package. I will send tracking when the item ships.

- Records ship outside of jackets to prevent seam splits, unless sealed. Records are packed securely, and if I recycle materials to save money and minimize waste, I make sure those recycled materials are structurally sound.

- In some cases, tracking numbers are taking several days to become active. While this is unusual, packages are typically taking 1 or 2 days from the drop-off date to be trackable. Shipping times are also rather unpredictable. Give it a bit of extra time and try to be patient.

- Of course, if you are particularly concerned with getting a record quickly, and don't mind paying more, please message me BEFORE purchasing and we can arrange for priority mail. I am also happy to add insurance, but again, it is best done before you pay the invoice. This is your best protection against lost or damaged packages, though it runs a few dollars extra.

- As stated above, sales are shipped with care and with plenty of packing materials. I cannot be responsible for any damage caused by the Post Office. However. if your purchase arrives and does not match the description in the listing, you may return it for a complete refund, including the original postage you were charged. However, per PayPal guidelines, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, and you may apply to PayPal for refund of that fee. After the returned item is received and I can it is in the same condition as when we shipped it out, I will issue you the refund via PayPal. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the record and I will need a tracking number to know when to expect the return.

- I love leaving good for my buyers as a matter of principle. However, I leave AFTER I hear that you got the record and feel satisfied with your purchase. So please let me know all is well with a message or good ! And if you do have an issue, please reach out so we can solve it together.

- If you need to cancel an order or buy something by mistake, please understand that it make take up to a week to refund the money as Discogs does not allow for a full refund unless their is an equal amount in my Paypal . However, because the Paypal balance is less than the prince of purchase (having deducted both Discogs' cut and their cut, I may need to transfer money into my from my bank and that takes 3-5 days, maybe more as I have found out by experience.)
