We do not under any circumstances de box CDs before shipping or dismantle them in any way. No exceptions.

CD Sleeve condition refers to the sleeve- the plastic box is not graded- we try to replace broken cases but especially on bulk orders they may be imperfect or broken. Cd prices are kept low so we do not have to buy new blank cases to swap out

cassette condition refers to the condition of the tape itself. It is not a guarantee of source quality. Tapes are generally not the optimal way to listen to the best audiophile version. Cassette tapes and 8 track tapes are sold as is. No returns

If you wish to purchase insurance it is 2 dollars extra. We are not liable if your order is lost or damaged in shipping if you do not purchase insurance.

Payment is due 4 days after invoice is sent. After that the order will be cancelled if I don't hear back from buyer.
Typically items ship out within 1-4 days. Usually around 2 days. If for some reason there is a delay shipping your item out I will notify you.

Our policies on low grade records: unlike some sellers we frequently sell records that are in the G condition range. The reason is a lot of these records are hard to find and by offering lower grade records we are able to sell them at a much cheaper price then they are being sold elsewhere.
With that being said it is the buyers responsibility to read Discogs condition descriptions.
Mint, Near Mint and VG plus are the three best ratings.
Any records VG or below will not be perfect and will have their problems.

Returns will only be valid if we are at fault. No buyers remorse returns or returns on low (Below VG+) graded items. No exceptions

Any type of verbal abuse or harrassment will also result in a ban for life from buying from me.

If I don’t state that posters, inserts or custom inner sleeves comes with the LP, it is to be assumed that it does not come with it.

Generic means plain white. It is stated as such in many places on discogs. If you do not understand what generic means then do not order records with generic covers, to avoid issues. If you order records with a generic cover and expect to receive the items in the stock photos on the database page then prepared to be disappointed. Database entries of record versions are mere stock photos and are not what you will receive. Record grades are listed for everything for sale. It is the buyer responsibility to know what grades mean.

I'm starting a layaway plan. Within a 30 day period if you want to continue adding records to a order to save on shipping just let me know when you create the order. I List records mostly everyday so if you wish to layaway records and add new ones I encourage it!
