As we had some suspicious bogus buyers recently, pretending we sent wrong items or not sold as graded on Discogs, from now we are sending pictures before proceeding with the order to all customers. We only ship orders to the PayPal addresses and always certificate/post proof the goods we send. Shipping is confirmed via Discogs.
Hagshadow will only accept tracked or tracked and signed postage from areas around the world most at risk for loss/damage of parcels and when items are rare or high value.
When shipping used vinyls, tapes and cds we take pictures to validate their physical state and matrix info.
Postage rates for vinyl, box set and other special formats will be different prices. Please enquire before order.

A negative will be given if time is lost for no reason, payment hasn't been made in 4-7 days.
If we feel that communication or language used from customers is not respectful, we will not deal with you and we will block you.
