Please Note the following:

Availability: All stock shown is also available in our busy shop, so there may be times when items have sold in the shop before being removed from Discogs by the next inventory . We try to maintain the accuracy of the stock list but cannot always guarantee availability of items ordered. Please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

Dispatch: We post out our orders on Mondays and Thursdays, so please be aware that there could be a delay of up to 3 days from placing your order to dispatch. Thanks for your patience.

Questions/Offers: We are happy to answer questions you may have but please bear in mind we are unable to supply photographs or give you detailed information about the playback quality of each record. These have been graded visually according to the Goldmine Standard. We are generally happy to consider offers.

Payment should be arranged/received with four days.

All UK orders totalling the value of £25 or more will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, and the buyer will be charged the additional costs incurred by sending goods using this service. This will fully insure your goods and will require a signature on delivery.

We always remove records from their sleeves before packing to avoid seam splits (unless the record is listed as still sealed - if you want the record removed from its sleeve in this instance please let us know, we can take no responsibility for sealed records arriving with split inner sleeves and will not refund in such an instance).

We now use high quality reinforced box mailers for LPs to ensure that your records arrive in the condition they were dispatched. These are expensive (around £1 each) and that is reflected in the P & P costs below. Even so please understand that once your purchase has been mailed it is at the mercy of the mail service and as such records may not arrive absolutely mint. If you are looking for perfection we would strongly advise you not to buy records online but visit a proper "bricks and mortar" shop where you can see your purchase before you buy!



RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with the condition of your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt - you will receive a full refund together with your return postage costs. These must be no more than the postage costs you were originally charged by us to send the record to you in the first place. We take no responsibility for sealed records that contain split inner sleeves, if you want us to check inner sleeves are mint prior to sending by unsealing the record please instruct us to do so.
