---» Shipping:

Simply add the items you want to the shopping cart, select your preferred shipping method and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
The buyer is responsible for selecting one of the following shipping methods when placing the order:

- "Economy - Regular Mail (NO tracking)" is available to some countries and only at buyer's own risk.
When placing and order with this shipping method selected, the buyer takes full responsibility if the package is lost by the postal services and accepts there will be no refund or replacement under any circumstance.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 weeks for Europe and 3-6 weeks for the rest of the World.

- "Standard - Priority Mail (WITH tracking)" is available to some countries.
This is a faster and more secure shipping method.
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the World.

- "Express - International (WITH tracking)" is available to the majority of countries.
This is the best option for bigger (heavier) orders.
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the World.

- "Standard - ed (WITH tracking)" is available to countries where Standard Mail, Priority Mail and/or Express International Mail are not an option.
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-4 weeks for the rest of the World.

---» Packaging:

All orders are sent in oversized packages using multiple layers of sturdy cardboard and/or bubble wrap with reinforced corners to ensure you receive what you ordered in perfect condition.

Regarding factory sealed vinyl records, customers must clearly state if they prefer these to be kept sealed or if they prefer to have the records sent outside their respective cover or sleeve.
If this is not specified by the customer, that decision will be made at our own discretion.

---» Grading:

Most items for sale are new and "Mint" but items with a lower grading will likely have an accurate description of its condition.

Standard plastic cases (for CDs and cassettes) are not considered when grading as they are easily replaceable.

---» Returns:

Any shipment returned due to buyer negligence or postal service failure will be re-shipped at buyer's expense and will not qualify for any refunds or replacements in case of damage done during transit.

---» Order cancellation:

Before completing an order by paying the invoice, articles can be added, altered or deleted.
Several single orders can be merged into one order or even cancelled altogether.
But after receiving the payment, the order is completed and any changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

---» Customs fees and Import taxes:

The following applies only to orders from outside the European Union.

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, or other delivery-related charges that may arise after the order is processed.
As a ed business we are required by law to declare the total value of the order (items+shipping) on all exports and mark it as a commercial transaction.

Brazilian customers are required to provide their F number when placing an order.
