1. Paypal and Discogs address must be identical! I only ship to Paypal address.

2. Postal services need your Email and phone number so I provide it. If you don't like this, let me know.

3. Please note that non-payed orders will be cancelled after 5 days.

4. Cancelled orders will only be refunded MINUS the fees I have to pay.

5. In case you need to return an item, please always us first in order to find the best solution for any individual & special case. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.

6. When you choose No Tracking / Uninsured shipping method, I don't take responsibility for lost or damaged items, risk is up to you. No complaints in case of damage or loss for this shipping method, please. I always try to pack as safe as possible. For larger orders/amounts I recommend shipping method with insurance.

7. I am not responsible for delivery delays, damage, loss or additional charges (e.g. custom tax) concerning your purchase! Just in case parcel gets lost insurance will take affect (when insured shipping method is choosen).

8. Some items have higher weight (for example with additional artwork, booklets, CD's or 180 gram vinyls) so don't wonder when shipping calculator shows more items.

9. Grading CDs is booklet/inlay/j-card/CD only, NOT for CD case.

10. I try to describe items honestly but everyone does on occasions make mistakes so please me to rectify any problems before leaving .
