We ship your records with fully protected RIGID professional packages + cardboard inside ! If there is any problem/extra delay affecting your delivery, we will have to open a claim ticket, the application procedure usually takes 2 monthes //

We mostly sell records in great/perfect conditions : MINT, NM, VG ++, SEALED copies
VG + 'VYNIL CLOSE TO NM' : actually pretty NM records for some of them, or close/very close to NM records
VG ++ : Some other records are graded 'Perfect copy VG ++', it means they mostly play perfect like NM, but we just want to be honest and fair
Great copy VG ++ : still remain good quality records
VG records : we play test every VG record, in case it does not play well/pretty well we don't sell them ! Please also do note there are no refund on VG records
At last, we only sell OG pressings !

* warped/slightly warped records : as far as the record does play perfect we will not do any refund )

HOLIDAYS : We usually are closed for Christmas/New Year's Eve holidays from December 23 to January 13, and in the summer between August 1 and August 20. Please place your order and we will ship your package as soon as we re open

Unless for high tickets records, WE DO NOT ANSWER MESSAGES that conflict with our conditions, neither PROVIDE PHOTOS, AUDIO CLIPS,EXPLANATIONS, PICS etc, please do not ask , just do refer to our conditions & record description (DISCOGS' description/picture etc) for any question including matrix number etc
Also please don't ask for checking the condition before shipping, since once the record is graded we don't double check.

- We ship quickly, safely and directly to your Discogs address ! If you want your order to be shipped elsewhere, please notify us within your order

-We give customers 14 days from Discogs origin date to pay and add on to their order (as long as you don't pay). We do merge orders, our invoicing is based on 14 day which gives you 14 days to keep shopping (as long as you don't pay) !

- If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know upon paying for your order and we will do our best to accommodate you

- If any reclaim about the conditions of one item, we will ask you some photos/videos, and if your reclaim is honest, we will do a partial/total refund

- Please don't make claims too much time after receiving your items, we won"t answer positively

- Please do not buy items if you do not intend to pay. All orders will be cancelled after 4 days and re-listed if i do not receive payment

- Trackable Insured package is usually for orders over 50 €

- When a record is rated VG or lower, which does not happen so often here, it means that it has some scratches/marks ; i do not offer refund on VG records since they are damaged/with scratches/marks

-All dishonest buyers are blocked from future transactions !

-Once the order has been paid , there is no way to cancel it and refund the buyer
