All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona. Local pick is available. Please message us before purchasing if you would like local pick up.

Packages are sent to the address listed on Discogs. PayPal address can be used as a backup. Please be sure the address on your PayPal is the same as your shipping address in Discogs.

As of July 14, 2024, the United States Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) of Mailing Services price changes to take effect July 14, 2024. We are seeing increases of 5% or more to media mail prices which will be reflected in our shipping fees. In order to keep shipping fees low for our customers and to be better stewards of the environment we may reuse mailers which are in good condition.

US Prices:
One to two item/s is $7, $1.00 for each additional item, double LP's count at 2 items, etc. Larger order could result in discounted shipping. All items are sent via USPS Media Mail. We offer USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEX at going rate plus processing fee which is generally $1.75 to $2.25. Please message us if you would like to discuss shipping options other than Media Mail.

International orders: if you are outside of the United States and are interested in buying something from us, please message us and we can negotiate shipping costs.

Please DO NOT ask me to redirect orders via email or PM. Fee Avoidance is a policy Discogs takes very seriously, and I can get banned for it.

Grading Information:

Items are graded visually. And in many cases are test played as well. With that being said, sometimes things are missed as we do not test play entire albums.

All items are graded following the goldmine grading standard ( https://.discogs.sitioby.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193 ).

It is expected new buyers familiarize themselves with these standards before making a purchase.

Packing Information:

LPs are shipped in standard 12.5x12.5x1 cardboard mailers with the record removed from the sleeve.
If you are worried about the postal service breaking your purchase let me know, I can pack it better at the expense of extra materials and postage fees.

Information on Returns and Refunds

RETURNS are generally NOT ACCEPTED and will only be reconsidered in cases of highly expensive items, or receiving the wrong item (like another customers).

RETURN shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS are issued IN FULL for misgrades* by more than a single order of magnitude (ie calling a VG+ a G+).

REFUNDS are issued IN PART for the following cases: 1) Lost items. In this case, the item cost is refunded, the shipping is not. 2) Misgrades* by one single order of magnitude (ie calling a VG+ a VG), in this case a % of both shipping and item cost is refunded.

*please see my section on grading standards. Refunds will not be provided if an item, for example, doesn’t meet YOUR definition of “Good” vs the goldmine definition of “Good”.

PLEASE communicate with me if there is a problem with your item. With proof of damage or misgrades (pictures or videos), I'll always issue a refund within 24 hours.
