We offer a range of delivery methods for the UK so please think carefully about which method of shipping you want ie: 1st Class signed for or 2nd Class standard etc. We also offer either standard or 1st Class Tracked and Signed shipping for the EU. We are not responsible for any losses that aren't sent via 1st Class signed/tracked for. Any orders above 2kg will be sent via DPD.

For the rest of the world we only offer shipping WITH tracking. If you want an order sent with standard, cheaper shipping, please ask us and it will be sent at your responsibility.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDERS LOST ONCE IT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY.

We send our records in professional cardboard mailers with cardboard stiffeners that go either side of the record, as well as housing used records in a plastic sleeve for extra protection.

Our shop is based in Ashford, Kent and our opening hours are:

Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 9:30 - 3
Friday: 9:30 - 3
Saturday: 9:30 - 4
Sunday: CLOSED

Any orders made on a day we are closed or after 1pm on a business will be mailed the next business day.

The majority of our new and sealed 180g stock is stored in our store so there may be light wear to the plastic and occasional wrap tears that were not present when listed. If any serious damage that affects its Mint grading such as creasing appears upon a sale, we will notify you of this.

While we do try our hardest to make sure that all of our records are listed as accurately as possible, but if there have been any mistakes in the listing we will try to notify you before posting.
