Grindpromotion Records is a distributor and reseller of music. This webshop offers vinyls, shirts and music merchandise for sale.
All items offered for sale on our webshop come from our store / warehouse and are immediately available except on "Pre-Order" area.
2. Delivery time and lost shipments.
Please refer to our Shipping page for delivery time estimates.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible. We're not responsible for postal service delays.
3.Damaged Package. Our packages are professionally packaged. We are not responsible if packages arrive damaged. All records are new and in perfect condition. Non-perfect vinyl are listed in the "damaged" page. We do not do refunds if the goods are damaged, it is out of our control. If you want your vinyl to be protected by insurance, send us an email: [email protected] and we will provide you with a quote for the value of your goods.
4. Delivery policy and returns
Please allow 2 working days for shipping your order.
To cancel an order is possible if we haven't shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch if you wish to cancel and order. In cases of wrong shipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required unless a different agreement between the two parties.
5 .Payment should be received within 2 days. Failure to make your payment within this time frame will result in your order being cancelled.
