Postage delays/ loss:

In order to declare an item lost, we must wait a certain length of time after the shipping date.

For UK orders, parcels are considered lost 12 working days after shipping date.

For international orders, parcels are considered lost 27 working days after shipping date.

Happy to refund orders but item must be returned first in the condition it was sent (I will take careful photos)
