With over 10,000 items for sale, it can happen for a record to be sold in-store and the Discogs catalog not updated right away (We are human, not machines, and humans can make mistakes). In cases like this, the missing record will be refunded immediately, and the customer will be asked if they'd prefer to cancel the entire order or proceed without the record. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please do not make a purchase. We don’t accept negative in these situations, as every listing clearly states "please read seller before buying," meaning you should have been aware of this before completing your purchase.

Spazio 432 is a new little brick and mortar record store located in Venezia-Mestre, we have opened the shop in spring 2020. At the moment on Discogs we added a small part of our catalogue, so come to say hi if you are near here! Below you will find some things that you have to know before placing an order.

1) We do our best and we want your best.
We accept orders from buyers that have a 90% or more positive rank. Orders from s with 0 will be cancelled. Minimum order is set at 15€. Payment should be arranged/received with four (4) days, After this term the order will be cancelled. Items shipped within 2/5 working days. Please make the payment through PayPal for the total amount (goods+shipping costs). We accept also the payment via bank transfer, please us for more info.
We want your buying experience to be perfect. Please message us if there is any problem and we will work out a solution.

2) Your happiness is our happiness, how we grade:
According to Discogs policy we use the GOLDMINE GRADING. We write EX when record or sleeve is between VG+ and NM. When we list records we applicate a visual grading and our goal is to be as accurated as possible. Before shipping, every record will be cleaned with a VC-S Project Record Cleaner machine.

3) Sleep peaceful dreams.
We will prepare an anti-bomb packaging. It will be waterproof and prepared with care. We are sellers but also collectors, we know how bad persons could be the postmans or couriers. Don't worry, you will receive the records undamaged.

4) Shipping options and prices
WE USE ONLY TRACKED EXPRESS SHIPPING. Not tracked shipping are not allowed. Thank you in advance.

ORDERS THAT ARRIVE FROM THURSDAY (FROM 16PM) TO TUESDAY (UP TO 16PM) WILL BE PROCESSED ON TUESDAY (SUNDAY AND MONDAY THE SHOP IS CLOSED) AND THEY WILL BE SHIPPED ON WEDNESDAY.
ORDERS THAT ARRIVE FROM TUESDAY (FROM 16PM) TO THURSDAY (UP TO 16PM) WILL BE PROCESSED ON THURSDAY AND THEY WILL BE SHIPPED SHIPPED ON FRIDAY.

1-4 Vinyl Records: 16,90€ (EXPRESS & FULL TRACKED with UPS or Poste Italiane or BRT - 2 working days*)
5-9 Vinyl Records: 21,90€ (EXPRESS & FULL TRACKED with UPS or Poste Italiane or BRT - 2 working days*)
10-15 Vinyl Records : 29,90€ (EXPRESS & FULL TRACKED with UPS or Poste Italiane or BRT - 2 working days*)
over 15 Records: 2€ each record you add.

*Delivery times are approximate and depend on the services of the carrier. We assume NO RESPONSABILITY for delivery delays.

5) Refund Policy
WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. YOU CAN SHIP THE ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND, BUT YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEM, NOT THE SHIPPING COST. YOU WILL COVER RETURN SHIPPING. REFUND WILL BE SENT ONCE WE GET IT BACK IN THE MAIL AND CONFIRM IT IS IN THE SAME SHAPE WE SENT IT OUT IN. EXCEPTIONS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF WE SEND THE WRONG ITEM. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS.

OTHER GENERAL AND STUFF YOU HAVE TO KNOW:
- ASK all questions BEFORE placing an order.
- Condition notes will present the most obvious concerns, otherwise expect typical wear as per the Discogs condition grading system (Goldmine Grading).
- Paypal Fees: if the buyer chooses to cancel an order and requests a refund, then the buyer is elligible to pay the paypal fees; these fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Please note all PayPal payments need to be made with an using the SAME SHIPPING DETAILS that you provided through Discogs. Please do not order if you do not use Paypal or are having problems with your .
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Regular CD/CASS jewel cases are not graded and may show general wear
- Unless mentioned, shrink wrap and hype stickers are not included.
- Inner Sleeves are not graded, write us if you want the grading also of the inner sleeve.
- Due to our limited and strained resources, we're presently not able to provide photos for items under 20€.
- We always take photos of the stuff we sell, we always also take video when we prepare the package.

con più di 10 mila articoli in vendita può raramente capitare che un disco sia venduto in negozio e che il catalogo discogs non venga aggiornato (siamo umani, non macchine), in questo caso il disco mancante sarà immediatamente rimborsato e verrà chiesto al cliente se vuole annullare l'intero ordine o se vuole continuare la transazione senza il disco. Comprando da noi accetti questa cosa. Se non la accetti per favore non comprare da noi. Non tolleriamo negativi qualora questo succedesse in quanto in ogni nostro annuncio di vendita è presente la scritta "please read seller before buying", quindi questa cosa che hai appena letto la dovevi sapere prima di comprare.

Info sugli ordini:
Accettiamo ordini soltanto da chi ha più di 90% come valutazione acquirente. Non Accettiamo ordini da chi ha 0 , a tal proposito ci scusiamo per il disagio ma è pieno di furbi, e non vogliamo averci a che fare. Il pagamento deve essere eseguito non oltre il quarto (4) giorno, dopo tale data l'ordine verrà annullato. L'ordine deve essere maggiore di 15 euro, la spedizione avverrà nell'arco di 2/3 giorni lavorativi. La spedizione sarà sempre spedita all'indirizzo registrato su Paypal.

Come valutiamo i dischi:
Usiamo il GOLDMINE GRADING descritto bene qui su Discogs, spessissimo in maniera conservativa. Essendo noi un negozio di dischi dove quotidianamente i dischi vengono ascoltati dai nostri clienti, può capitare che un disco precedentemente gradato come ad esempio VG+ possa essere stato rovinato. Questa cosa non succede praticamente mai, ma mettiamo le mani avanti, se succede e hai già effettuato il pagamento ovviamente sarai rimborsato al 100%. Consigliamo di mandarci un messaggio prima di effettuare l'ordine, ti daremo tutte le info aggiornate.

Tieni in mente che non siamo qui per fregare nessuno, siamo un negozio fisico, non un privato che ha ereditato la collezione dello zio. Offriamo la massima serietà, contando però che siamo umani, e gli umani alle volte sbagliano.

Pacco e spedizione:
Ti garantiamo un pacco anti bomba, anti postino malefico, anti pioggia/neve, anti corriere macellaio. La spedizione sarà sempre tracciata, non effettuiamo spedizioni non tracciate. Qui di seguito le opzioni di costo.

Resi:
Non rimborsiamo le spese di spedizione in caso di reso. FOTO E VIDEO DEL MATERIALE SARANNO SEMPRE PRESE IN TUTTE LE FASI (PRIMA DELLA SPEDIZIONE, MENTRE IMPACCHETTIAMO E DEL PACCO FINITO E PRONTO). Se per qualche vostro motivo volete rendere il materiale acquistato lo dovrete fare a vostre spese.
