Reguardless of when a Tracking Number is sent, packages are given (not scanned for Acceptance) at the post office on TUESDAYS. If I have many packages prior to Tuesday, an additional drop off at the post office will be made.
Expect a package to have a tracking status of "Label printing / Waiting Acceptance" for at latest 7 days before you see any movement / scans by USPS. I will ONLY respond to messages requarding this if I dont see movement of the package after 2 weeks.
All inventory on Discogs is also avalibile on my webshop, which is NOT real time synch. So if a title sells in my webshop, then it sells on Discogs outside my online buisness hours, I will have to send a refund as at that point it is "first come first serve"
A NEW ORDER IS NOT A HOLD. THE TITLE WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH MY OTHER ONLINE SELLER CHANNELS UNTIL PAYMENT IS SENT.
I use MIghty Mailers mailers, cardboard fillers on both sides and corner protectors when needed. Vinyl is removed from jackets to avoid seem split issues in transit. If you want to keep the vinyl sealed, YOU MUST mention this in the order comments. But if you do, any seem splits that occur during shipping is not my fault and no patial refund will be given.
